You don’t have to wait until you get a positive pregnancy test to wait for folic acid consumption. Women trying to conceive actively should take folic acid to support their pregnancy.

Folic acid has potent benefits in reducing risks of congenital heart defects, neural tube defects and other risks of miscarriage in pregnant women.

Spot early signs
